I have been coaching executives in communication and message development for over 30 years. I was a Senior Consultant at Decker Communications for 9 years and prior to that was the  co-founder of Sterling Consulting Group, a communications company specializing in customer service improvement.

 

My expertise has been featured in dozens of magazines and newspapers including The New York Times, Newsweek and Time.  I've also been interviewed on ABC, CNN, NBC, Fox and many other affiliates. 

 

I have published 6 business books to date, and have a BA in communication. I live in New Mexico with my wife, Deborah.
